Not medical advice
Marathon Courses is educational content: training plans, videos and emails about running. It is not medical advice, and it doesn’t replace a doctor, a physiotherapist or a coach who knows you. Check with your doctor before you start a training program, and stop and get help if something hurts or feels wrong.
Your health, your call
Training for and running a marathon carries a real risk of injury and illness. You take part at your own risk, and you choose the paces, distances and days that suit your health.
No promised result
We can’t promise a finish time, a PB or a BQ, and nobody honest can. Heat, sleep, illness and race day all play their part.
Your course is yours
Buying a tier gives you personal access to it. Please don’t share your login, or copy, record, resell or pass on the videos, plans or emails.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Kajabi and its payment providers; we never see your card details. Questions about a payment or a refund: support@hey.marathoncourses.com.
Strava and other connected services
If you connect Strava, your own running shows in your account and your course, and only to you. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava’s own terms and privacy policy, and Marathon Courses isn’t made or endorsed by Strava. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed on behalf of third-party service providers, including Strava, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and no third-party service provider, including Strava, is liable for any consequential, special, punitive or indirect damages.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from following the course. Nothing here limits a liability the law doesn’t let us limit.
Changes
We may improve the course, and these terms, from time to time. The terms you agreed to at checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase.
